Ecospiritual Group Workshops

In addition to the products and individual sessions offered in my shop, I also provide group workshops where participants can reconnect with the vitality of the plant world, create moments of enchantment, and work through life experiences via the power of plants and art.

Herbal Hegemone Group Workshops 

My Herbal Hegemone ecospiritual workshops (typically 90 minutes) invite participants to explore plant folklore alongside a range of interactive practices designed to stimulate reflection and connection. Participants can then opt to blend herbal teas and aromatherapy oils, or create an ecospiritual collage-based artwork, such as the Entangled Garden Word Cloud, Tree Ring Aura, Within the Leaf, or the Tree of Becoming. Workshops are suitable for all ages and backgrounds and can be adapted for various contexts, including both indoor and outdoor settings. All materials, including herbal teas, essential oils, and art supplies, are provided. Please feel free to email me to discuss pricing and any personalised requirements.

 

Rootstock Group Workshops

My Rootstock workshops are art-based ecospiritual workshops offered free of charge to community groups and charities (with contributions towards art materials very welcome). These sessions are my way of sharing the enchantment of plant vitality with those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience it. Alongside learning about the vibrancy and agency of plants, the workshops can foster a sense of belonging, balance, and well-being, helping to reduce stress while cultivating mindfulness. Current Rootstock partners include the Living Lab and Converge at York St John University.
