Plant Therapy with a difference! Herbal Hegemone’s one-to-one Therapeutic Plant Session brings personalised, plant-centred care directly into your home. We begin with a gentle conversation about any emotional or spiritual concerns you’re experiencing, before exploring a curated selection of herbs and essential oils and intuitively choosing those you feel drawn to in the moment. From your chosen herbs, we create a single bespoke cup of tea to enjoy during the session, while your selected essential oils are used in a soothing shoulder and neck massage. This nurturing, sensory experience supports grounding, emotional clarity, and a tender reconnection with yourself through the healing presence of plants.
Special Introductory Rate of £45 includes consultation, intuitive plant selection, bespoke herbal tea, essential oil massage, and travel. 
Each session lasts for a minimum of 60 minutes and is to be held at a participant's home or similar. Areas I can serve within the price of the session include Selby, Goole, Tadcaster and York. I may be able to travel further for a small additional fee so please contact me if you live beyond these areas. 
Please note: I will take a brief medical history before the session to ensure that the essential oils and herbal teas are safe for you and won’t interact with any medications or conditions.
