Also known as Starflower and magically and spiritually associated with bravery, courage and the heart. Early herbalists such as Nicholas Culpeper used the plant as a convalescent for those who had been ill for a long period of time. It is said that a cup of borage tea can help with psychic visions and that keeping some flowers near you can help with divination. Sprinkle or plant it around the house for protection against evil. It is considered a cooling and masculine plant.
