Art Life Coaching with a botanical twist! 
Herbal Hegemone’s one-to-one Ecospiritual Art Life Coaching Session brings personalised, plant-centred coaching directly into your home. We begin with a gentle conversation about any emotional or spiritual concerns you’re experiencing, before engaging in a range of interactive plant-based art practices designed to stimulate reflection, purpose and actions. 
Available to you will be a selection of beautiful plant books and tree oracle cards to inspire and nurture your subconscious flow state, plus a range of art materials including collage, coloured pencils, and activity templates. The activities include Entangled Garden Word Cloud, Tree Ring Aura, Within The Leaf, Branch Milestones, and the Tree of Becoming. They are specifically designed to help you focus on your issues and to explore potential opportunities and solutions. At the end of the session, you will get to keep your artwork to remind you what was discovered and any potential courses of action. 
Special Introductory Rate of £45 includes consultation, guided session, art materials, and travel. 
Each session lasts for a minimum of 60 minutes and is to be held at a participant's home or similar. Areas I can serve within the price of the session include Selby, Goole, Tadcaster and York. I may be able to travel further for a small additional fee so please contact me if you live beyond these areas.
