Art Life Coaching with a botanical twist! 
Herbal Hegemone’s one-to-one Ecospiritual Art Life Coaching Session brings personalised, plant-centred coaching directly into your home via Teams. We begin with a gentle conversation about any emotional or spiritual concerns you’re experiencing, before engaging in a range of interactive art practices designed to stimulate reflection, identify issues and explore potential solutions . 
Available for you to view will be a selection of beautiful plant books and tree oracle cards to inspire and nurture your subconscious flow state. Prior to the session, you would have been emailed copies of the plant-based activity templates which we can work through together. These activities include: Entangled Garden Word Cloud, Tree Ring Aura, Within The Leaf, Branch Milestones, and the Tree of Becoming. They are specifically designed to help you focus on your issues and to explore any potential opportunities and/or solutions. You will need paper and pens/pencils to create your artwork. 
Special Introductory Rate of £35 includes consultation and guided session. 
Each session lasts for a minimum of 60 minutes and is to be held online via Teams.
