This session begins with a gentle grounding ritual before moving into nature-inspired activities and folklore stories that invite you to attune with the subtle voices of plants and the landscape. Participants may also draw from a plant-based oracle deck to deepen this connection and invite further insights. To close, each person chooses a nature inspired postcard to capture their reflections, taking home a unique keepsake of the experience.

These sessions will run for 60 to 90 minutes depending upon group size.

We have permission to hold these sessions at Hambleton Hough, a small wooded hill managed by the Wildlife Habitat Protection Trust and located a few miles to the west of Selby, North Yorkshire. The session can also be held in a private natural area of your choosing (maximum distance I can travel from Selby varies depending on number of participants). Please contact me for further details. Please ensure you have suitable seating such as camping chairs or waterproof mats and please wear suitable clothes for the forecasted weather.

Please note: By attending the Living Landscape Mindfulness Session, participants do so at their own risk. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and supportive environment, you are responsible for your own wellbeing and safety during the session. Please come prepared for outdoor conditions and any personal health considerations.
